Monthly Meetings

We will have an introductory meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 7:00pm in the high school library. Come hear about the events planned for the high school music students and learn how you can get involved.

We hold a meeting once a month to update parents/ guardians about music department events. Meetings are usually held on the first Wednesday of the month in the MHS Library. Some months we hold meetings online via Zoom. Currently we are notifying the next meeting schedules via email, and the complete schedule is also published on the Calendar page of our website.  
 

During each meeting, you will have the opportunity to hear the music faculty and supervisor's reports, the reading and approval of minutes, statements from all our committees and school liaisons, along with the ability to discuss and participate in the planning of upcoming events and fundraisers.
